






My goal in psychotherapy with individuals is to help you get relief from your problem and find joy and satisfaction in your life. For some people, this may mean a new way of thinking about things. For others, it may mean a deep personal exploration that changes a person from the inside out, often resulting in a clearing that allows contentment to infuse your life. Typically, people seek this kind of understanding at times of life transition, such as a new relationship, marriage, divorce, midlife, or times of major loss.
My work with couples is practical and straightforward. I will ask each of you to describe the problem. I expect that each of you will see it quite differently. As we discuss the feelings, resentments, and misunderstandings surrounding your interactions with each other, you may begin to notice some positive changes. You may actually begin to enjoy each other again.
